Our "Love It or Return It" Guarantee

At xentiso.com, we want you to be as excited about your purchase as we were selecting it. If your Inversion Boots don't fit perfectly or that Funny Warning Sign isn't quite what you expected, we’re here to make it right.

1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your item is a keeper. To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure:

  • Lifestyle & Decor: Items like the Floral Apron or Iron Warning Signs must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Tech & Gear: Electronics like the Bluetooth AUX Adapter must be returned with all cords and manuals.

  • Hand-Crafted Items: Our Emotional Support Prince and other amigurumi must be in "as-new" condition, free of pet hair or scents.

2. Heavy-Duty Tool Protection

For our Nut & Bolt Extractor Sets and other heavy-duty gear:

  • Please inspect the tools upon arrival. If they show any manufacturing defects, contact us immediately. Returns cannot be accepted once the tools show signs of heavy mechanical use or grease.

3. Damaged or "Not as Described"

Did your package have a rough journey to Augusta or beyond? If an item arrives damaged, please email support@xentiso.com within 48 hours with a quick photo. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received at our Georgia facility and inspected (usually within 3 business days), we will process your refund directly to your original payment method.
